GC ambassador terms

1. Who can join

You must be 18 or older and able to receive payments by Wise or PayPal. We decide who joins, and we may say no.

2. What you earn

You earn 30% of what each person you bring pays for GC Pro in their first 12 months, counted from their first payment. "What they pay" means the price the app store reports for each payment: on Google Play, the price without tax; on the App Store, the store price, which includes VAT or GST in countries where store prices do.

A one-time lifetime purchase of GC Pro counts: you earn 30% of its price.

3. What counts

A person counts for you when they open your link, then buy GC Pro inside GC within 30 days. Trial periods earn nothing. Payments after their first 12 months earn nothing.

4. First link wins

If someone opened another ambassador's link before yours, they count for that ambassador.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Each earning waits 30 days before it can be paid. If the payment is refunded or reversed, the earning is removed, also after it is paid: we take it from your next payout. If someone cancels, you keep what they already paid for.

6. Payouts

We pay once a month, on the 15th, by Wise or PayPal, in US dollars, once your ready balance is at least 25 US dollars. A smaller balance carries over to the next month. Any fees your payment service charges you are yours.

7. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn. We may ask you for a tax form before paying.

8. Disclosure

Every time you share your link or talk about GC as an ambassador, put #ad at the start and say you earn from GC, in the same post, chat, bio or video. In a video, say it out loud near the start. Use your platform's paid-partnership label where it has one.

9. What you can't do

• No self-referral: buying Pro through your own link, or for people in your household to earn from it, does not count.
• No paid ads that use GC's name, logo or app name, including search ads, and no bidding on "GC" or "Gym Commitment".
• No spam, no fake reviews, no coupon or deal sites, no messages to people who did not ask.
• Don't speak for GC or promise results, health outcomes or prices we haven't published.
• Nothing aimed at people under 18.

10. GC Pro

You get GC Pro while you are an ambassador. It ends when you leave or the program ends.

11. Your posts on GC's accounts

We only share a post of yours on GC's Instagram or TikTok with your OK for that post. You can ask us to take it down.

12. Leaving

You can leave any time in GC, Settings, under Profile. Your link stops counting then. We pay what you earned, after the refund wait, at the next payout, even if it is under 25 US dollars. We keep your PayPal or Wise email until we have paid you, then delete it.

13. If you break these terms

We may remove you and hold back earnings from payments that broke them (for example self-referral or undisclosed posts).

14. Changes and ending the program

We may change these terms or end the program with 30 days' notice by email and in GC. Earnings made before the change or the end are still paid.

15. Your data

We use your application, link activity and payout details only to run the program, as our privacy policy describes.

16. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If the consumer law where you live gives you the right to rely on your local law or to go to your local courts, you keep that right.
