1. Information We Collect
Gym Commitment collects only the information needed to run the app and help you track your training commitment.
This may include gym check-ins, checkout times, session duration, commitment targets, completion status, session tags, notes, optional photos or videos you attach, weight entries, reminder preferences, app settings, and backup or restore metadata when you choose to use cloud backup.
If website analytics, app analytics, or advertising measurement tools are enabled, they may process limited technical information such as page visits, app opens, device or browser details, IP address, referrer information, and standard marketing events.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate Gym Commitment, calculate your commitment score, show your session history, organize your progress gallery, support optional backup and restore, send reminders you configure, respond to support requests, and improve app reliability and product experience.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your workout photos, videos, weight entries, notes, tags, or private training history for advertising targeting.
3. Private Workout Content
Your workout content is personal. Photos, videos, notes, weight entries, session tags, and training history are stored on your device unless you choose to back them up using a supported cloud option.
When backup is enabled, your backup is stored in the cloud account or storage location you control, such as iCloud, Google Drive, or a local backup destination. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies and account settings.
4. Third-Party Services
Gym Commitment may use trusted third-party services to operate the app and website, including Apple services for iOS distribution and iCloud backup, Google services for Android distribution, Google Sign-In or Google Drive backup, Firebase or Google services for app infrastructure where enabled, and analytics or advertising measurement tools if enabled.
We do not intentionally send your workout photos, videos, notes, weight entries, or private session content to analytics or advertising platforms.
5. Advertising and Analytics
We may use analytics or advertising measurement tools to understand website traffic, app usage, campaign performance, and whether people are discovering Gym Commitment from our marketing.
These tools may process limited technical and event data, such as pages viewed, app opens, browser or device details, IP address, referrer links, and standard conversion events. This data is used for measurement and improvement, not to inspect your private workout content.
6. Data Storage and Retention
Your app data is primarily stored on your device. Optional backups are stored only when you choose to create or enable them, and they remain under the controls provided by your device, cloud account, or backup destination.
We retain support emails and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you, maintain records, and improve support quality.
7. Data Deletion
You can delete sessions, media, weight entries, and other app data from within Gym Commitment where those controls are available, or by deleting the app data from your device.

8. Children's Privacy
Gym Commitment is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information associated with Gym Commitment. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal data. You can contact us to make a privacy request.
Because much of your Gym Commitment data lives on your device or in a backup destination you control, some deletion and access actions may need to be completed directly on your device, iCloud account, Google Drive account, or local backup storage.
