07Your plan

Built in a minute. Sent in a tap.

Name the days. Add the exercises. Set the sets and reps you aim for. Then follow it, and the app tells you what today is. Send it to a friend with a link, and they get their own copy to follow.

  • Any exercise from the library, or your own
  • Sets and reps as targets, not rules
  • Share a plan with a link. No account needed on either side

08Weekly goal

Show up. Watch it add up.

Choose how many days a week you train. Every session fills the week, and your score shows how steady you have been.

  • Two to six days a week
  • Counted by the week, so a rest day costs nothing
  • Optional. Off in one switch
Commitment: 54 percent, you are becoming consistent, with consistency over time
09All time

Every session, since day one.

This week, this month, this year. Every body part you trained, and the ones you have been skipping.

  • Your week against the last one
  • Sessions by body part
  • When you last trained each one
Journey: this week, month and year, and 79 sessions over 252 days split by body part

Add a photo or a video to any session. Slide through them in order, or put any two next to each other.

  • Organised by month
  • Compare any two moments
  • Photos never leave your phone

Short ones.

A training log. Check in when you get to the gym, log your sets with last time's numbers in front of you, check out when you are done. Over time it shows every lift climbing, which body parts you train, and which you skip.

Logging is free, always. Pro has a monthly, a yearly and a one-time option, priced in the app. Pro opens everything older than two weeks, more than one plan of your own, and backup to your own iCloud or Google Drive.

Yes. Open the plan, tap share, and send the link. Your friend opens it in the app and saves their own copy. The link carries the plan only, nothing about you or your log.

Yes. Logging, routines, photos, the weekly report and the weekly goal are free. Pro adds progress on every exercise without limits, Advanced Mode analytics, and backup to your own cloud.

No. Follow Push · Pull · Legs, Upper · Lower, Full Body, a dumbbells-only or bodyweight routine, build your own, or go freestyle and choose what to train each day. You can change it any time.

Pick it from about 1,200 exercises or add your own. Each one is logged by weight and reps, reps only, or time. Last time's numbers are shown while you log.

For each exercise: your last set, your best, the heaviest set per session over time, your best at each rep count, and every session it appeared in. For each body part: when you last trained it, which muscles did the work, and how each exercise is moving. For each week: sets per body part against last week, what you did most, and what you skipped.

Optional. Choose how many days a week you train and see how you keep to it. Turn it off and the app is just your log.
