Progressive overload tracker for every set
Know what to beat before each set.

Last time's weight and reps
Bench was 80 kg for 8 last Monday? That's what today's first set shows, so you know 8 is the number to beat.
A line when the weight goes up
Plan says your squat goes up 2.5 kg next week? A line at the end of today's workout tells you.
A trophy for a new best
Beat your best, and the set that did it gets a trophy.
Only ticked sets count
Every total counts the sets you ticked, and each workout shows where they went, like Chest 12 · Arms 4.
Rest starts when you tick
Tick a set and the rest timer starts, in the app and on your lock screen.
Every kind of set
Warm-up, drop and failure sets, and supersets.
Progress on every lift, over months
A graph for each lift.
Every lift on a graph
Open any lift to see your personal records, how much it has gone up, and every session along the way.

Weeks, months and the whole year
The week, month and year screens open with days trained, sets done and kilos lifted. Their reports also point out body parts you haven't trained.

What lifters say about Gym Commitment
Came across this app from reddit, seems exactly what i was looking for. Most workout trackers are bloated, this is simple yet powerful. Helps me to stay consistent and see my fitness photos at one place.

Great little app with lots of room for future potential. Simple to understand without gimmicky features like all the other apps. Responsive team

Questions
Asked before downloading.
What is progressive overload?
Doing a bit more than last time, then a bit more again. Monday's bench was 80 kg for 8? Next Monday, go for 9 reps, or put 82.5 on the bar and get your 8. It only works if you know Monday's numbers, and keeping those is the app's job.
How does Gym Commitment help with it?
Mostly by remembering for you. Last session's weight and reps sit on every set before you start it. Records live on each lift's graph. If the plan bumps a weight for next week, you'll see a line about it at the end of the workout.
Does it tell me how much weight to add?
No. Some apps work out a weight for every set. This one doesn't, and we'd rather you read that here than find out mid-workout. You see last time's numbers and make the call yourself. If you want a rule of thumb, 2.5 kg more on squats and bench and one more rep on curls is where a lot of people start.
Is there a progressive overload calculator?
Not inside the app. The website has a one-rep max calculator, though. Type in a set you did, say 80 kg for 8, and it estimates the most you could lift once.
Does it work on Android and Apple Watch?
On both. Android phones get the same app as iPhones. The watch app needs your iPhone close by, and from your wrist you can start the session, tick each set and fix a weight you typed wrong. The Apple Watch page shows every screen.
What if I don't use ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini?
You don't have to. The ready-made routines, Upper Lower and Full Body among them, work without it, and so does a split you type in yourself. Last time's numbers show up on every set either way. The setup page is there if you change your mind.
