Questions
Asked before downloading.
What does Gym Commitment track?
Every set's weight and reps, with warm-up, drop and failure sets and supersets. Each lift gets a progress graph with your personal bests, and a body figure shows the sets each muscle got this week.
Does it show what I lifted last time?
It does, and that's most of the point. If you squatted 100 kg for 5 last Tuesday, today's first set already says so before you touch the bar.
Is there a rest timer?
Yes. Tick a set and the rest timer starts, in the app and on your lock screen. On an Apple Watch it counts down on your wrist.
Does it work on Android and Apple Watch?
Android gets exactly the same app. With an iPhone and an Apple Watch, you can leave the phone on the bench and do the whole session from your wrist: start it, tick sets, fix a weight, finish. The Apple Watch page shows every screen.
What if I don't use ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini?
Then don't. Logging, the rest timer, the graphs and last time's numbers have nothing to do with it. Start from Upper Lower or Full Body in the ready-made routines, or type in your own split. The setup page is there if you change your mind.
